02/27/05 - Hyde Park45 viewsThe Rose drama club kids and I are walking through Hyde Park to get to speaker's corner, where every Sunday anyone can come, get on a soapbox (literally) and make an outcry. We saw an anti-war guy, a religious zealot of sorts, and some poets trying to start some kind of underground movement. Really interesting! Other sights I saw: Picadilly circus, Liester square, and a show that night that condensed all of shakespeare's plays into one hilarious theatrical show!

12/14/05 - SuperPike43 viewsTonight during one of the associate meetings, we had our associates get into groups and perform "SuperPike" skits. They created scenes which illustrated the ideals of our fraternity. One of the skits (pictured above) entailed a bunch of associates forming together Captain Planet style to summon SuperPike (Dave Hargis). Blippin' Hilarious!

11/25/06 - Cuttin' Down my X-mas Tree16 viewsMy family headed up to Harris, MN today where we own about 90 acres of undeveloped land. Every year after thanksgiving we'd always go up there to cut down a Christmas tree for our house. Well, that little tradition ended a couple years ago when my parents copped out and bought a plastic tree. However, now that I have my own apartment, I demanded we go up there and cut a tree down for my own place. Above is my family with the tree we cut down for my place. It's a tish more full-bodied than last year's tree!
